Missing Purple Party Hat?

I purchased the patron pack and was told by other members that the party hat should pop in my inventory, but I was finishing up smithing at the time of purchase. I didn't see it on the ground, and it hasn't shown up in my inventory or bank. I don't know if my inventory being full or in the middle of smithing borked something. Anything I can do to claim it?
