Possible rules against crashing?

People seem to think that just because they have better gear/stats, that it's OK to crash other people both mining, at the dragons, and every other place I'm sure, and then shit talk until you get fed up and leave. This may very well be typical runescape behavior, but do we really want that here? I'm rather sick of these entitled individuals.... everyone else makes a effort not to be a douche and find thier own training spots.... Why can't they? Maybe every time they get reported x amount of times for crashing in a 24 hour period they get a 6-12 hour ban?

That doesn't stop people from crashing your spot, or keep people from jacking your ore or tree because they have a higher level than you JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN, rather than find their own spot.
