1-20 Chickens or Cows
20-30 More Chickens/Cows -or- Barbarians (safe-spot them behind the long tables in Barbarian village, west of Varrock)
30-40 Hill Giants (safe-spot them by standing on top of blocks on sides of cave, located in Edgeville dungeon ladder entrance is north of Barbarian village)
40-50 Green Dragons (safe-spot them, located south of Falador in falador mine area) -or- Continue Hill Giants
50+ Green Dragons (safe-spot them, located south of Falador in falador mine area)
Always use the best bow available. Buy in archery store located in Varrock.
Use short bow and rapid style of shooting.
Use bronze or iron arrows. Iron is obviously better but not worth the money if you can't afford a few hundred for training.
Buy leather coif, vambraces, top, legs, cape, and diamond amulet if you can afford them and they are available on GE (GE is located in Lumbridge or North-West Varrock)
Upgrade armor to hard leather or studded leather when available.
Take some time to get 40 defense, then buy a g'dhide set as it adds to ranged attack.
Once you are at green dragons, worthwhile drops for banking are typically runes, hides, bones as they sell well on ge. Others are droppable or alchable.
Once at green dragons profit from drops makes using steel or mithril arrows quite worth it.
Remember to left-click or shift-left click your drops off the ground!
If all training is done with safe spotting defense isn't necessary, but to wear armor mentioned above you may need to train a few levels.
Don't bother picking up your bronze arrows until you get to Barbarians or maybe Hill Giants since at that point multiple will be on the ground along with the loot pile.
If you need money for initial arrows, just pickpocket men/women in Varrock near the archery shop.
Take some time to get Falador teleport in Magic once you are at green dragons, saves tons of time to bank. Or you can free teleport to sell at Lumby GE, then teleport Falador to deposit money and return to dragons.
