The problem is the accumulator wasn't added until like 2006. To keep a good economy we can't rush late game content. Most of our content is still from back in like 2001, 2002 latest. (Except slayer) So this will happen eventually, but unlikely for it to happen super soon.
EDIT: Also, ranged is already crazzyyy OP. It would be really nice. But for now you will have to deal with it.

Fair enough! Yeah I stopped working on melee altogether and am going for 99 range. It's a pain making all your own arrows

I really don't have any gold at this point, I've focused on skilling and gear upgrades and I don't feel like competing for arrows, especially the adamant and rune. In the long run I'm better off leveling and contributing to the amount produced on the server.
