I'm not sure where this fits in on the forums, but I figured this might be it.
I'm not 100% certain that minescape uses the same combat formula as OSRS (which is seemingly known, according to a reddit post)
So this is based on a reddit post I found (don't wanna link it because the forum just implements the whole reddit post as part of this post if I do)
