As the title says, whenever a kiteshield is on the ground it is invisible. It also hides whatever other loot is on that tile and that makes it difficult when killing green dragons and you get a mithril kiteshield drop. It ends up hiding the dragon hide and dragon bones and with the buggy pick up mechanics you get hit by other dragons when trying to find your loot.
