These are some areas that I would like added that builders and modelers could work on while bandit is working on other things 
Stronghold of Security - This one is a no brainer and hopefully already being worked on. There are so many mobs that are already modeled that are great to train on for f2p people in osrs. I'd mainly be looking forward to ankous, catablepons, the green spiders, and flesh crawlers.
Karamja Volcano Dungeon - With us having red spiders and lesser demons modeled and in the game, this would be a good place to put them. Having them here would allow for vannaka to be added as he would have more than just 3 mobs on his task list. In addition, it would allow for people to fish on the island, cook the food, and then go train, something that a lot of people did back it 2007.
Asgarnia Ice Dungeon - This would allow for the knight's sword quest to be added. The mobs in this dungeon include pirates, hobgoblins, ice warriors, and ice giants. This would also expand vannaka's potential task list. This could also open the door to skeletal wyverns which I personally think have too good of a drop table for the state of the server, but it would be a mob that has a slayer requirement.
Crafting guild - This would allow people to train crafting without having to use dragonhide because of the silver and gold found there.
Ents - Something that modelers could work on alone are ents. Ents would be another wildy slayer task that would be able to be chopped down once they're killed. When chopped they give noted logs based on woodcutting level, up to magic logs.
